Allow schedulers to increase the font size in the customers notes area, change color of font and highlight the font.
It would be nice to adjust the font size, color of font, make the font bold and highlight certain areas in the customer notes area.

Make photos from previous visits to a job, viewable on mobile device.
When I look at photos saved, to a previous visit to a job, I am only able to see the thumbnail.
If I need to order a part on a subsequent visit, I cannot read the serial number etc from the thumbnail.
Until recently, if I wanted to view a photo I would have to download it to my mobile device, but something has changed recently and the photos are .zip files which my device won't open.
Can you make it so that when a photo is pressed it is viewable without downloading or encoding/compressing?

Printing
Print job needs to be in separate tab. currently to print its click save and print, then click back, then click save & exit.

I scroll through 55 pages of Account customers before I can invoice the latest job? Reverse it please.
We have to invoice account customers some times 10 properties on the same invoice. So instead of having to sit there scrolling through 55 pages all you have to do is get the tech person to reverse the job history so the latest job date is the first one you see.
So simple but makes such an amazing difference.4 votes -
Make Status' job type specific
Some of our technicians assign the wrong status to a job, because they confuse the options. We have some status' which are specific to certain job types. It would be a useful control to be able to select in settings, which status' are available for each job type.

Freeze time slot column
Can we fix/freeze the left hand time slot column on the schedule screen. This will save on scrolling back & forth when you lose the line of sight on the time.

Being able to add photos for the customer's to see to the reporting, quoting and invoicing
Hi Paul, I would like if we can add photos to all areas including Reports, Quotes and Invoicing. This I belive is a very critical component to schedual flow and a great tool to have for customer's a visual photo includen in reports quotes and invoices will help customers understand the work thats has or needs to be completed.

Allow entry of non-work days (eg. weekends & public holidays) - then allow to automatically move jobs falling on these days to the next work
I have jobs schedule every 10 days. Sometimes the 10 day is on a Sunday (when I don not work). I would love it if I could automatically have the job be scheduled on the Monday.

add a search engine within the driver app to facilitate search of jobs by customer name or address etc
If the office calls about a closed job it is only possible to search previous records if you have been set up with 'scheduler view'. But that means you need to switch to scheduler view from your mobile device, carry out the search and then switch back to the driver app. Similarly if you receive parts for a job that has been incomplete for some time it is difficult to find the job record without going through this laborious process.
Could a search engine be added to the driver app menu?

return the job date column to the search results list
when we search jobs the results list used to have the date. It has now gone? Can it be put back?

allow me to view more than one calendar at once on the screen in "week"
in "day view" i can see each tech seperately. in "week" view they are all overlayed and messy. if i could have 4 or 6 smaller "week" calendars on the screen (one for each tech) then i would probbaly use the software. after 10 mins of testing its much nicer using outlooks calendars.

Archive customers who we don't want to delete.
Ability to archive and not delete customers. They wouldn't be shown in normal reports and account searching.

Customise email when sending invoice.
Be able to use the company logo and letter head and possibly some job info in the email we send our customers when we've emailed the invoice. It currently just says "You invoice"

Make the SMS and Email reminder by time and day
the SMS or email to be sent should be set by the scheduler as a date and time. NOT by the hours before job start time.
